Our organic nursery

All of our plants are produced on the nursery from our own stock plants, which means we have an ever expanding garden, displaying all the plants we grow. It's a great space to explore and an opportunity to see the plants growing in the ground, to give you a better sense of how they will perform in your own garden. 

Come and browse our extensive range of herbaceous perennials, grasses and edible plants. All grown here in North Devon and acclimatised to our local weather. 

Our young orchard is beginning to bear tasty fruits...We have planted over 50 different varieties of apple, plum and cherry. 

We are fortunate to share our site with a huge variety of wildlife, and our ponds are bursting with life. You'll spot tadpoles, newts and dragonflies. Various water birds and even swallows swooping in for a drink. 

Seeing pollinators enjoying our plants is so rewarding and guides us in the plants we choose to grow. We love seeing which plants are popular with different pollinators. 

Around our ponds and orchard we leave the meadows to grow, and every year we plug plant with more and more wildflowers, experimenting to see what grows best here on our Devon clay.
