Ordering Plants
Everything You Need To Know

Please note we can only ship plants to mainland UK addresses and cannot send plants to Northern Ireland.
Our plants are available in three different pot sizes, 2lt is our largest, 1lt is a medium pot and 0.5lt is our smallest pot size.
Inline with our passion for our natural environment all of our plants are packed for delivery using recycled,recyclable and reusable materials.

Service Name
Whenever possible we also remove plants from their plastic nursery pots for posting. These pots will be reused on the nursery, reducing any unnecessary plastic waste. You will receive your plants in paper or card pots which can be composted or recycled!
Dependent on the time of year some plants may need to be cut back to ensure safe packing and delivery. Don't worry this is not of any harm to your new plants, and will often help them settle into their new homes even quicker, as they will initially concentrate their energy on rooting, rather than flowering.
Orders are dispatched twice a week on the following days.
Orders placed by 9am Mondays are packed and dispatched on Tuesdays with a 24hr next day courier and should arrive with you Wednesday.
Orders placed by 9am Wednesdays are packed and dispatched on Thursdays with a 24hr next day courier and should arrive with you Friday.
You will be notified by email when your plants have been dispatched.
